A super fun idea to make snack or lunch and a great way to use up that leftover cooked rice.
Add chickpeas into the large mixing bowl and mash using a potato masher or a fork
Add in cooked rice, mayonnaise, sriracha soy sauce and nori. Mix everything to combine.
Using your hands form mixture into a balls.
Place the balls into a container, add in an additional nori, sesame seeds and chilli flakes, pop the lid on and shake it well until all the balls are evenly coated.
Serve and enjoy right away!
