CHOCOLATE WATERMELON YOGHURT POPS
Ingredients
Instructions
-
Cut the watermelon in half horizontally. Set aside one half for later use.
-
Lay the watermelon half flat on a cutting board with the cut side facing down. Make vertical cuts about 2cm apart across the watermelon to create watermelon slices.
-
Gently insert a popsicle stick into the bottom of each watermelon slice and pull it out. Make as many as you want.
-
Line a tray with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
-
Dip each watermelon popsicle into yoghurt and place it on the prepared baking tray.
-
Place the tray in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
-
Once frozen, dip each popsicle into the melted chocolate.
-
If you have leftover melted chocolate, you can drizzle it over the popsicles and sprinkle them with desiccated coconut.
-
Once the chocolate has fully set, serve immediately and enjoy! Or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later.
