Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon in half horizontally. Set aside one half for later use.

  2. Lay the watermelon half flat on a cutting board with the cut side facing down. Make vertical cuts about 2cm apart across the watermelon to create watermelon slices.

  3. Gently insert a popsicle stick into the bottom of each watermelon slice and pull it out. Make as many as you want.

  4. Line a tray with a silicone mat or parchment paper.

  5. Dip each watermelon popsicle into yoghurt and place it on the prepared baking tray.

  6. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.

  7. Once frozen, dip each popsicle into the melted chocolate.

  8. If you have leftover melted chocolate, you can drizzle it over the popsicles and sprinkle them with desiccated coconut.

  9. Once the chocolate has fully set, serve immediately and enjoy! Or store them in an airtight container in the freezer for later.
