VERMICELLI SALAD with MAPLE SESAME DRESSING

Cook noodles according to the package directions, drain and run under cold water.

In a large salad bowl add cold noodles and the rest of the ingredients.

Make the dressing. Add all the ingredients into a jar, pop the lid on and shake it well until combined.Â

Pour the dressing over the salad and give it a toss.

Serve garnished with crushed peanuts and sesame seeds. Dig in and enjoy right away.
