Ingredients
  • 4 Weet-Bix Biscuits
  • 3/4 cups plant milk (I used oat milk)
  • 200 grams Yogurt (I used Vitasoy Greek Style Soy Yogurt)
  • 1 1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions
  1. Crush weet-bix biscuits in the container. Add milk and flatten the weet-bix base with a back of a spoon until smooth.

  2. Spread the yoghurt on top.

  3. Heat a medium saucepan over medium heat and add in blueberries and maple syrup. Once the berries have softened and released their juices, add the chia seeds and stir well. 

  4. Let the mixture cool down slightly, then spread over the yoghurt layer and make a swirl. 
  5. Close the container and store in the refrigerator overnight. 
  6. Enjoy the next morning.
