5 INGREDIENT POPCORN TRUFFLES

Warning these treats are really addictive and so good. Also a fantastic way to use up that leftover popcorn and kids will go bonkers.

Ingredients
  • 3 cups popcorn
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter or any other nut butter
  • 100 grams dark chocolate, melted
Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine the popcorn, banana, dates and nut butter. Pulse until the mixture resembles crumbs and sticks together.

  2. Using your hands, form tablespoons of the mixture into balls.

  3. Place the balls in the freezer for 15 minutes to help the chocolate coating set faster.

  4. Remove the treats from the freezer and dip each one into the melted chocolate.

  5. Once the chocolate is set, you can enjoy them right away or store them in the fridge for up to 7 days.
