CRISPY AIR-FRIED TOFU BALLS

Place corn flakes and smoked paprika in a blender or food processor. Pulse until the mixture resembles fine crumbs. Set it aside.

In a food processor, add tofu, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and chili flakes. Pulse the mixture until it comes together.

Using your hands, form tablespoons of the mixture into 10 balls.
Roll each ball in the corn flakes, pressing slightly with your hands. -
Preheat your air fryer to 180°C. Place tofu balls in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-15 minutes or until they become crispy and golden brown.

Make the sauce by whisking together hummus, sriracha, and water in a small bowl or jug.

Serve tofu balls warm, with the sauce on the side. Enjoy them right away!
